BNG, Tree and Sustainability at BPGC
Biodiversity Net Gain Off-Site Credits Now Available at Betchworth Park Golf Club
We are pleased to announce that our Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) land bank has been officially registered with Natural England and is now live on the market.
This registration makes Betchworth Park Golf Club the only current source of BNG off-site credits within Mole Valley, offering developers and planning applicants a local, verified solution to meet their statutory biodiversity net gain obligations.
We have 91 units available for habitat enhancement, delivered under a robust and expertly guided framework:
- Habitat Management and Monitoring Plan (HMMP) prepared by Surrey Wildlife Trust
- Project delivery consultancy provided by Nature Impact, advising on the best approach to achieving long-term biodiversity outcomes
- Independent oversight from RSK, acting as the Responsible Body to monitor and verify ongoing works
If you are a developer or planning consultant seeking BNG off-site credits within Mole Valley, get in touch to discuss availability and next steps.
